petition of the said petitioner in this matter field on 7.7.2006 and upon
hearing the evidence of the petition and affidavit in support thereof, this
Court do order that an interim injunction be awarded to restrain the 1st
respondent from convening any meeting of Malankara Association, managing
committee, working committee and Holy Synod of Malankara Orthodox Syrian Church
including the proposal meeting of Malankara Association on 21-9- 2006 in the
capacity of Malankara Metropolitans –cum-Catholicose of the Church and in the
capacity of president of Malankara Association and Holy Synod of the Church
till 19-7-2006.Given under my hand and the seal of the Court this 11th day of
July 2006.”
